Toys for School-Age Children

Children within this age group tend to enjoy physical activity. Younger elementary-aged children still enjoy dramatic play with dolls, puppets, or action figures. Older elementary-age children master complex construction and show individual interests in hobbies, science, or magic, etc. The children in this age group vary in their physical and mental development. Input from the parents is often needed.

Below we have collected several ideas for this age group. You can find more ideas at Christmas Gifts for Children, 4 to 10 years old.

Always check toy labels for the recommended ages!
