Intexicated? What does intexicated mean? It is another form of distracted driving where the person is taking their eyes off the road to text. The average time it takes to read or send a text is 5 seconds.

GTG, BRB, OMW. These texts might seem fine because of their length, but it’s never ok to text and drive. Make good decisions – don’t text and drive.
